    Default Problem running Log Exporter

Successfully installed Log Exporter package on my management server using this guide

    installer import local /tmp/Check_Point_R77.30_Log_Exporter_T36_sk122323_FULL. tgz
Preparing package for import. This operation might take a few moments
Note: The selected package will be copied into CPUSE repository
Info: Initiating import of Check_Point_R77.30_Log_Exporter_T36_sk122323_FULL. tgz...
Interactive mode is enabled. Press CTRL + C to exit (this will not stop the operation)
Result: Import of package Check_Point_R77.30_Log_Exporter_T36_sk122323_FULL. tgz Failed
The package you are trying to import already exists in your machine.
But cannot seem to run it:

    cp_log_export
    CLINFR0329 Invalid command:'cp_log_export '.
    Am I doing something wrong?

Are you in CLISH or bash/expert? "cp_log_export" is not a CLISH command and needs to be executed from "expert" mode (bash).

Seems like I just gave a similar reply a few weeks ago ;)

I tried in CLISH and expert mode.

I will try installing jumbo 351 (292 installed) maybe this will help.

Not sure if missing something but reading your opening post then refers to

    installer import

This simply imports the Package into CPUSE and is saying that package exists

    installer install

would install a package and you supply the number of the package as it appears in the repository.

From that then would say that you have the log exporter package IMPORTED into CPUSE but not actually INSTALLED

Your Information, I have underline the import to highlight why asking if actually installed not just attempted to import

    installer import local /tmp/Check_Point_R77.30_Log_Exporter_T36_sk122323_FULL.
