Tim Hall has done it again! He has just released the 2nd edition of "Max Power".
Rather than get into details here, I urge you to check out this announcement post.
It's a massive upgrade, and well worth checking out. -E

    Default R80.10 Upgrade error

R80.10 upgradation failed with following errors.

    Upgrade package is not ready
/bin/upgrade_start: line 16: ./upgrade: No such file or directory
UPGRADE: Upgrade failed - exit status=127

Changed the ./upgrade line as per sk113412

And received the following error again
    Extracting...
    Upgrade package is not ready
/bin/upgrade_start: line 16: ./UnixInstallScript: No such file or directory
UPGRADE: Upgrade failed - exit status=127

What is the right file to execute on R80.10 version?
    Please suggest

The correct and only supported method to do an in-place upgrade is to use CPUSE.
Refer to the Installation and Upgrade guide: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents...l_frameset.htm

You can also do a migrate export of the R77.30 configuration and migrate import said configuration into a fresh installation of R80.20.
