my customer complains his SmartLog only shows the last 30 minutes of logs. Checked, and this is indeed the case. R77.10 + Jumbo in use, no custom settings. Any idea what is causing this?

Possibly the Index Size was inadvertently modified, see SK96546.
I know you checked available disk space, but did you check the disk space policies? The options that tell it to use no more than <x> amount of disk, or keep <Y> amount free?
Just a thought.
Old thread,but did you find the cause? I have the same issue as well
SmartLog stops indexing when certain percentage of HDD is no longer available.
After some cleaning, we now have good one month of indexed logs.
