Introduction; looking for training resources

Hi, all,

I've been a CP admin for about a year, and I'm looking for training resources above and beyond those offered by CheckPoint. Currently interested in more detailed information on administration and best practices on the App/URL filtering blade in general, and on SSL inspection specifically.

Are there any local/regional CP user groups in the Tampa area, or FL/GA region?

Not sure if you've taken the Software Blades training or not.
It's a two-day course that covers, among other things, HTTPS Inspection, App Control, and URL Filtering.
In some instances, it's run through partners, in others Check Point SEs run it.

They may also be able to point you to local user groups as well.
