Hi,

I 'm using a smartlog and i got a strange issue when try to authenticate on the server
My admin password work in ssh and in a web browzer

But the same admin account does'nt work when i'm launching the smarttracker

in cpconfig the admin account is the "super admin"


Any idea about this behavior ?

Have you tried the account you use to login to your SMS/P1?

i have resolved the issue, the fact is that i don't manage the password


usually the dashbord and the gaia password is the same, but the tool change both of them
