Default VPN from Capsule cloud to internal server

    Hi experts

    One quick question.

Can we make a VPN from the Capsule Cloud to a server in another location?
Nothing in the guides or google.

    Thanks.

Capsule Cloud is a Cloud Based Offering for Threat Prevention features, i.e. AppCtrl/URL AV/Abot, IPS and Threat Emulation ( Sandblast Sandboxing) for Laptops/Desktops outside of the Office.

Web Traffic from the Machine is sent to Check Points DC's that run the service for inspection. Think of it as a Cloud Based Proxy,

It can be managed through Cloud Portal or can be linked to a Check Point Onsite Management so that can apply the same Policies when in the Office behind a Check Point Gateway or when out of the Office.

There is NO VPN Capability within Capsule Cloud. Is why there is nothing in the guides/docs for Capsule Cloud.

What are you trying to achieve and can then point at the right product.

The customer wanted to know if possible to use Capsule Cloud to start a VPN.
Like you can using SMP for Embedded Gaia, SMB devices.

As mcnallym stated, this is not currently supported.
It's possible this may be supported in the future and recommend contacting your local Check Point rep.
You can actually run Capsule Cloud concurrently with Check Point's normal VPN client (and possibly others), terminating one at the desired site and the other with Capsule Cloud.
