We are running URL filtering, and we give the users the ability to bypass some restrictions if they provide a reason in the user check. This answer shows up in the user userinput field of the log record. I am trying to search SmartLog for all URL filtering records where the userinput field is non-blank. Neither I nor Checkpoint support seem to be able to come up with a filter syntax for non-blank userinput.
We’re running R77.20. Any ideas?
