    Default Latest CPUSE allows manipulation of Legacy CLI installed packages

    I wouldn't normally post about an update to CPUSE, but this one (build 1127) should address two of the bigger complaints about CPUSE I've seen on CPUG:

    1. Uninstall Legacy CLI installed package using CPUSE
    2. Install new Jumbo take with CPUSE over already installed Legacy CLI Jumbo take
