    Default How to forward directed broadcast traffic for wake on LAN

    Hello Experts,

    Was wondering if anyone has configured forwarding of directed broadcast traffic for wake on LAN ?

    Thanks for pointing me the right direction. I had seen these SKs, but was a little confused after reading
    http://www.howtogeek.com/70374/how-t...o-i-enable-it/ ... where it says that the Wake On LAN server broadcasts the udp packets to the WakeOnLAN enabled PCs... but the Check Point config below, kind of indicates forwarding these broadcasts to a wake on lan server or relaying to another server ?? i am a little confused, please share your knowledge on this...

    This is what the SK has in terms of config

    HostName> set iphelper interface eth0 udp-port 700 relay-to 192.168.204.100 on

    Also, once we apply the ip helper broadcast config, do we need to update anti spoofing and also add a policy for that traffic ?
