    Default Usercenter - when it will it work?

    How to make this question with out resorting to excessive expletives...

    Let me try.

    When the H E double hockey sticks is the usercenter going to work again?

    It's been two weeks and having to phone for every single escalated ticket is a pain in the backside, and a huge waste of time. How hard can it be to have a working support site? Can't they just knock up a simple text only one quickly while they fix the crappy usercenter?

    yesterday i got like 5 e-mail from Check Point support for cases that were active last year in december and are closed 2 months ago.
    Seems they have serious issues with their crm. Somebody is getting fired!

    I was the same, having about 15 cases opened on 2015 on 1100 appliances series did fire about 40 emails to my Inbox. It is what it is.

    As I understand it, there has been an issue with the CRM system in general that impacted User Center.
    I do know the relevant parties are aware of the issue and were fairly close to resolving it.
    In the meantime, you should be able to call TAC and get updates as needed.
