Default E80.62 has one package failure

Uploaded the new E80.62 client packages to the server, and one came back with a "save failed" error. So I removed that package, downloaded a fresh copy from Checkpoint (just in case), and tried again. Same failure. All of the rest uploaded successfully.

I haven't been able to locate anything online about this, and thought I would ask if anyone has had this happen to them (with any version) and what they did to fix it, before engaging support.

    Thanks in advance!

Save failure.. is there enough space in the partition? MD5/Hash matches?

Plenty of space. How do I properly check the hashes? I grabbed the entire .zip this was in, and all the rest uploaded just fine.

Well, I just reconnected to the server to upload a patch, and for some reason the failed package is there with "Uploaded Successfully" beside it... I have no idea what is going on, but it appears to have corrected itself.

    Hello,

I would like to investigate that issue. Have you faced same behavior with packages upload?
Is there a possibility to provide me with event logs from the machine where the SmartEndpoint installed and specify the date & time of the issue?

    Thx
    /d

    if it is possible.
