I have a firewall cluster and somehow Mobile Access portal is not loading up any clue how can we troubleshoot?
There's a lot of things we could verify to start....
1. run a tcpdump. Are the packets from the client getting to the GW in the first place?
2. run 'fw ctl zdebug drop', you can grep the output... are the packets being dropped for any reason?
3. run netstat -anp, what state is the port? what program is using the port?
4. run cpwd_admin list, are all processes executing (and not terminated), are any of them restarting?
Depending on some of these answers, further troubleshooting could go one way or another entirely.
