Unable to install SmartPortal

Hello,

Trying to add SmartPortal on my CP Management Portal R77 on Windows 2008 R2, I get an error at the end of the process. Looking at the relevant log file, I can see:

RegisterDispatcher: Failed to execute 'reghandler -d -f "C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\SmartPortal\R77\SmartPortal\conf\ cpwm_dispatcher.conf" -i "C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\SmartPortal\R77\SmartPortal\conf\ mgmtportal_dispatcher.conf" -o "C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\SmartPortal\R77\SmartPortal\log\p ostinstall_reghandler_log.elg"'

However, the command works well manually from a command prompt...

Any idea ?

Already done...without success, unluckily.
