VSX error - Operation ended

Hello Guys,

I am working on a case currently where customer is facing an issue related to VSX, whenever I open a VS object regardless of whether I make changes or do not and click ok it returns with Operation ended with errors and when I see the elaboration of the issue I see the following message,

Number of Virtual systems has reached license limit
Virtual system processing completed with errors.

Now when the check the output of vsx stat -v I see that the box has license for 5 VS but there are already running 10 VS,

I verified their Usercenter it seems like they purchased 5 VS license and this setup has been running for over an year by now and this issue started for last 1 week. If this issue was with the license the box shouldn't have allowed to create the VS in the first place and it should be ideally popping up an error while pushing policy which is not the case.

Any feedback or suggestions are most welcome

Might want to check to see if any Eval Licenses on those boxes. Evals now I believe support VSX as standard, so someone could have placed an eval on there which would have allowed to get up and running with the additional VS.

The issue is fixed, customer did have additional licenses for 5 more VS, somehow he had missed it, we added the licenses and the error stopped popping up!!!!!
