Smartlog displaying username & user

Hello,

As I am reviewing SmartLog, I've noticed that sometimes the source username & username is displayed. And sometimes not.
I was thinking it had something to do with the level of application Risk. But when i.e. a level 2 message is displayed, sometimes the username & source username is displayed and sometimes not. This behaviour occurs from the same laptop.

Does anyone knows when the source username & user is displayed in the logging and when not?
