I've used it on R70.1 and also R75.30 & R75.40(SPLAT). It's been stable for us and we have aggressive timers set and have roughly 1400 dynamic routes. Our clusters are set up in HA, so I'm not sure how it would work on load-sharing. I'm not sure if your ISP supports it or how your topology is for your network, but check with them to see what BGP options/capabilities they plan on using like graceful-restart, etc.
