Hi,
i have deployed version E80.32 to about 180 workstations - everything (from server point of view) was working fine (at the installation time there ehere no errors - all blade was working fine).
About 2 months later there was a information from one customer that he has a virus ... woow - how it is possible i think.
I have investigated this and ... woow - Anti-malware blade was disabled (the policy say that it should be enabled and scan almost everything).
I have checked it on workstations that has no infections (till then) - there was also a message sying "Files and downloads are not scanned when accessed". CheckPoint support don't know how to correct it (only reinstallation resolves the issue).
Have anyone of you has the problem ? How to resolve it to don't reinstall all clients ?
