Hi!

I am setting up a simple lab, I am Using:

2 Power - 1 appliance
1 Cisco Layer 3 swich

I configured a Layer 2 connectivity on the Switch.( Vlan 100) and I member port Fastethernet 1/0/2 and 1/0/3 to that Vlan 100. I configured it as access mode. when I try to connect the management port of the two Power - 1 on those interface I get a mac-flapping error on the switch which means I am having a loop. Can someone explain to me why this happened? below is my configuration on the Switch ports

Switch(config-if-range)#do sh run int f1/0/2
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 87 bytes
!
interface FastEthernet1/0/2
switchport access vlan 100
switchport mode access
end

Switch(config-if-range)#do sh run int f1/0/3
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 87 bytes
!
interface FastEthernet1/0/3
switchport access vlan 100
switchport mode access
end

Switch(config-if-range)#

Below is the error I am having.

Switch(config-if-range)#
Aug 18 10:20:08.638: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 0000.0000.fe21 in vlan 100 is flapping between port Fa1/0/3 and port Fa1/0/2
