Sit the Upgrade CCSE R71 without CCSA R71

To the matter at hand. Needed some advice.

I have CCSA R60 and CCSE R65. Was mandated to get R71 certified.
The question thus, can i write the upgrade CCSE R71 exam and without sitting the upgrade CCSA R71.

Yes, you can go direct to accelerated CCSE R71. See the Recertification table here:

I have CCSE R65 (passed the accelerated R65 exam).
Is it easier to get the CCSE R71 or the accelerated CCSE R71?

If you want to do normal CCSE R71 (non-accelerated), you'll need to also sit CCSA R71.
