    Default module failed - disk space error

    Hi,
    iam kalyan. i got an error while installing a policy i.e., Load on module failed - not enough disk space in R71 smart dashboard and rest of the gateways are working fine.
    Gateway - NGX R65 SPLAT.
    could you please help me to resolve this issue.

    Do a df -k on the gateway in question, also on the SMARTCenter device as well.
    Sounds like one of them is low on disk space on a partition.

    i'll check it on both gateway and smartcenter server.
    if any of the filesystem is low,then what i've to do?
    please help me.

    It depends what is using up the disk. It's probably logs, in which case you may need to delete or compress old log files.

    hi,
    thanks for your reply.its because of /var directory got full.we deleted old log files to get space.
    now its working fine, i can able to install policies sucessfully.

    To avoid this kind of situations you can set an alert whenever you disk space goes low on you smart center or on the gateways but it is usually on the smartcenter.

    Login to your Smart Dashboard go to the smart center properties--> logs and masters and set the limits accordingly

    hi guys,

    i'm having the same issue. i cannot reinstall the policy in the gateway and i got the same error message.
    who solves this and tell me please the files/ logs to be deleted.

    reply with the output of the following from expert mode

    df -h

    du -sh /opt/*

    du -sh /var/opt/*
