New Feature in the Support Center
You can now view solution ratings

In addition to viewing the many SecureKnowledge solutions located in the Support Center, you now have the opportunity to view the solution ratings as well. When you run a search in SecureKnowledge, the search results now display the following:

  • Number of stars which is equivalent to the rating (5-star rating)
  • Number of people who rated the solution
  • Number of people who viewed the solution within last 30 days
Endpoint Security licensing process
Now made easier

To simplify the process when accessing Endpoint Security licensing, the following updates have been made in User Center:

Single page for license activation
Once the features in the product that require licensing have been selected, you can now activate and view the license information for all the features from the same page.

Option to configure single IP for all features
On the activation page, you can now select the box marked "I would like all the features to run on the same machine (same IP address)", and this adds an IP selection box on the page.

Note: Although this box is selected, the Remote Access feature CPEC-SA-RA-1 can still be configured differently, since it typically needs to be applied on the security gateway.
Unify FDE for Windows and Linux under one feature
The feature CPEC-FDE-1 is now applicable to both Windows and Linux
