    mcnallym, thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I learned that on the hard way. I thought the newer version of migrate tool will be able to deal with backups made from older versions.

    I found solution for the above issue. I copied the whole $FWDIR/bin/upgrade_tools directory from R77.30 to R75.40 machine. After that 'migrate export' on R75.40 and 'migrate import' on R77.30...
