    The issue i am facing is Window 7 XP mode compatibility with the secuRemote connection. I just configured a new secuRemote connection and it looks all fine. User is not able to create a new site ending in error "communication with site xxx has failed."..
    I tried the credentials from test lab, i was able to create site. but User is not able to create site, I am not getting any log on tracker and even not able to capture anything in tcpdump. Please help bhaji..
