  1. hi we have the same problem with the polycom equipment.
    the call disconnects after one hour automatically.
    but when we change the time out settings in the H323 > advance > sessiontimeout> 43200 it is working fine now. but before this was working fine.
    we did not made any changes with the smart defence.
    could you help me in this.
