View Full Version : Securemote only working for one user

Hello. I have Firewall 1 NG R55 with a 50 client license for Securemote installed. I've been having a really strange problem that I can't solve. One person can connect remotely through the vpn, ping, map drives and use remote desktop.

When another user at another location tries connecting, they can successful connectly via the securemote software ( the software shows that the person has logged in successfully), however when trying to ping or remote to a desktop they have no access.

It's like it's only configured for one person (or vpn tunnel) to go through the firewall, however we have 50 licenses.

Are there any settings that I need to look at?

Do all the remote users have the same account properties (Time, Groups, etc)?

Have you checked the security policies on the secureclients? You say you're using securemote are all the remote users running this or do you have a mixture of securemote / secureclient and are they all the same version and hfa?

Jus a guess here but it sounds like user 1 and user 2 have the same IP address (behind a NAT device) and with SR you don't have office mode which will fix that.

You really need to use SecureClient and not SecuRemote these days.
