hi,

how do i troubleshoot the causes for so many errors on an interface?

I would suggest that might want to look at the speed/duplex settings on the interface and the corresponding device that it connects into.

eth_set eth3 1000f

will set the interface speed to 1Gb and Full Duplex

eth_set eth3 100h

will set the interface speed to 100Mb and Half Duplex

You can see how works for the speed and duplex.

Make sure that both ends are set the same.
