Hi Guys,

I'm facing problems to integrate the IA to the AD.

AD is working properly, the user has admin role but I can't connect to the AD.
From the CLI i can ping the AD (DNS) is working.

Gateway could not connect to <Domain> - Check the credentials and connectivity to the domain controller.

Version : R75.10

You have to configure all LDAP Account Units first.., only after you can try to connect to AD server.

i tried it didn't work... maybe a problem with the customer AD

What happens if you click at "fetch branches" in the LDAP account unit in tab account management?
Does it work or do you get an error message as well? If you get a failure there, you have to fix it first before trying IA.

the the other problem remain
