View Full Version : Endpoint Security VPN E75.10 Unable to Connect

Hi guys,

I just upgraded our Check Point SPLAT Security Gateway to R75.10 tonight and decided to try out the Endpoint Security E75.10 VPN client on Windows 7 x64. Whenever I try to connect, I get an error:

You cannot receive an Office Mode IP address at this time. Try to connect again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

I think this might be a licensing issue, but I'm not sure. I have a CPEP-C1-VPN-F-VSC-25 Software Blade license, but it won't let me add it because it thinks it is a NGX license. Is there some other license I need for this? We upgraded from R65 and Office Mode worked fine. It actually still works on my Mac with the old Secure Client software.
