Splat R75 and E75.10 can not work together, just wait and wait till they could work together.
Probably with R75.1 GW and R75.20 you will be able to use it..

Whilst it was true that End Point Security R75 could not work with a R75 Gateway the E75.10 client can work with an R75 Gateway, providing it is running in End Point Security Mode, ie the Secure Client replacement mode. Secure Remote and Mobile need hotfix or R75.10 HFA

Is the Release Page for the E75.10 software and shows is supposed to work with R75 Gateways

The page also has links for migrating from SecureClient to E75.10 and what changes are needed. This is very clear in there and worth a read. You will want the doc for R71.30 or R75 Management. The document contains everything needed to get this to work.

Check Point Enterprise Support Timeline (http://www.checkpoint.com/services/lifecycle/appliance-support.html)

Is also worth a read as shows that UTM-1 450 doesn't support R75 Software. Please note that I have said SUPPORT not that it won't work.

as you are getting site not responding check if your vpnd is listening on 443, if it isnt, probably your webui is still configured to use 443. From my experience and packet captures the client R75 as well as E75.10 tries to connect via https(443) first .. actually you see if I remember correctly an nbt, http and then https before it actually connects. If you check the R75 and E75.10 endpoint client vpn admin guides it pretty much says what needs to be configured to support R60 and the new R/E75 clients - this is from my experience the most common configuration error.

The R75 UTM-1 Gateway does not support the E75.10 Client when running in Secure Remote mode, period and will need R75.10 to be able to do so. This is not a configuration issue, it just doesn't work full stop and states so on the E75.10 page.

It will only work when E75.10 is run in End Point Security Mode or you can install a hotfix to allow Mobile for Windows to work with R75 Gateway.
