Hi everybody! In my Smartview Monitor I have an attention status on a gateway. Where and How I can check what is the problem?

I'm running on SecurePlatorm R65 HFA40 on a SmartCenter with gateway on the same machine and an other gateway controlled by the SmartCenter.

Thanks to help me!

Marc

Normally you have at the same screen the option to look a little deeper to the health state.

Start with 'System Information' (free HD space, CPU) perhaps on partition runs out of space with old log files

Can also be cluster problem. Usually you can expand things out in SmartView Monitor, to see which item is complaining.

Can you give us a screen shot from SmartView Monitor?

Also run some cpstat commands on the firewall itself - e.g. cpstat fw, cpstat os, cpstat mg
