Good Day Everyone,

For an installation that I had the opportunity to check, I observed some things that I found strange.

The following was observed.

When SmartUpdate was opened the version of VPN-1 and Secureplatform was seen as NGX R62, it was indicated that NGX R65 was installed.

When 'Get Gateway info' was done, it failed after this indication.

I closed the SmartUpdate and opened a putty session to the standalone installation, where I ran a fw ver -k, which showed NGX R65 installed with HFA_30

I opened SmartUpdate once more and 'Get Gateway Data', this time I was able to get an update, however, only SecurePlatform was displayed showing

NGX R65
NGX R62_01
NGX R65 25
NGX R65 30

Again another get gateway data was done
This time the VPN-1 and SecurePlatform was seen, however,

for Secureplatform
NGX R65
NGX R62_01
NGX R65 25
NGX R65 30

Lastly, I tried generating a cpinfo via SmartUpdate, after leaving this to run overnight from 16:20 to 9:00 next morning, it failed.

When running a cpinfo from the console, it did take some time however, it generated successfully.

If you guys can make any comments or recommendations regarding what can be done it will be greatly appreciated.
