SPLAT to Windows 2003

I've posted a similar post on the SPLAT section and now I'm trying that the windows folks shed some light into this...

Don't throw bullets in my way. I'm a beginner in the checkpoint world.

So... My scenario is:

SPLAT 2.4 running NGX R65.

Admin want to migrate this to W2003 Server (long story... don't ask! :P)

Admin has lost the expert password (another long story... lol)

Now I have a complete W2k3 running NGX R65.

I want to migrate the rules to the W2k3 machine and don't have expert mode access to run upgrade_export .

If I do Upgrade_import on windows machine will it work, even though it has been imported from a SPLAT machine ?
