Subject: [fw1-gurus] Web Intelligence Issue

Hi
I recently purchased a CPMP-WIT-3-NGX license to try out Web
Intelligence. I loaded up a clean Win2K3 R60 console with a VEE Pro
console license (CPVP-VEE-U-3DES-MGMT-NGX CPMP-PRO-U-NGX
CPMP-CXL-HA-U-NGX) + the new Web Intelligence license (CPMP-WIT-3-NGX).
I then built a couple of clean SPLAT R60 systems and a couple of web
servers to test it out in the lab.

When I define a web server and define protection by All the rulebase
burn fails because I only have one WIT license, this I understand. When
I remove one of the SPLAT systems from the rulebase and re-burn it
installs OK (with protected by still set to All).

If I add in the second SPLAT system and define which firewall should
protect the web server I get a message almost instantly when burning the
rule that says:

Installation Targets Version Policy Type Details
SPLAT_1 NGX R60 Advanced Security Operation failed,
install/uninstall has been improperly terminated.
SPLAT_2 NGX R60 Advanced Security Operation failed,
install/uninstall has been improperly terminated.

There's no NAT and anti-spoofing is defined for the firewalls.

I'm sure this is a layer 0 issue, so any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Cheers, Jamie.

Thanks in advanced.
