Default SecureClient/Remote failure on NGX

Hi,
We have recently upgrade to an NGX HFA02 Express platform from R55.
Since the upgrade, we are unable to establish SC/SR VPNs to the gateway.
The site is created OK but when attempting to establish the VPN, the session times out with an error message "gateway not responding"..
Any ideas ??

Default Re: SecureClient/Remote failure on NGX

I haven't gone to NGX yet, but this is common. There's a check box for "backward compatibility" or something similar that you have to enable. I also recall that you have to set up SC/SR for a particular interface.

Maybe these will be clues.
