Default create a new CMA at Provider-1

Hi all,

I use Checkpoint VSX NGAI v2.5 and Provider-1 to manage Checkpoint VSX. Now, I want to create a new customer. I create a new customer successful but I can't ping to IP address of new customer. When I install policy, I see the error:
Stage 0: Checking connectivity with VSX operation finished successfully.
Stage 1: Pushing network configuration to Virtual System operation finished successfully.
Stage 2: Initiating trust with Virtual System operation has failed with the following warning:
Failed to establish trust with one or more members.
Make sure that the failed Virtual Systems/Routers are accessible from the management server,
and that you have a valid license. Edit the failed object and click OK.
If problem persists contact Check Point Technical Support.

Operation has finished with warnings.
I don't know this is the main cause I can't to the IP address of new CMA.
I have license for Checkpoint VSX. I also add route at MDS.
If you need more information, please ask me.
Thank you very much.
