Default SPLAT VSX R65 Gated PIM and OSPF

OK, I pretty much at my limit here. I'm revisiting mulitcast routing in a VSX environment. I'm at a large university and the time for making this work has finally come once and for all. If I don't get this working, it could be the end for CP, and hello Cisco FWSM. I'm a splat shop so I have to rely on gated. No X-Beam here. I finally took a class on M-Casting with Merit and know what is needed to make this work. However, VSX is not a Cisco router and gated is not IOS.

I need to use PIM sparse mode for obvious reasons and all my VSX clusters use an EVR with all VS's advertising their routes to the EVR which redistributes them into OSPF as a full router, not NSSA, which is a whole nother issue which I think I have worked out. We have over 2000 routes so NSSA is attractive to me and one day I will convert to NSSA.

So I'm pleading for others to offer advise on how to make this work. I promise to post all configurations to this UG when I am successful at making it work.

Anyone out there who can help?

Please open up a support call with TAC, and let your SE and Sales Rep know the SR number. They can assist in getting you the correct person to help you. If you have trouble contacting your account team, you can ask for the TAC supervisor for your case and explain the situation (Including the political issues involved).

I opened the case, and as I thought (but yet to be tested) each VS will have to run a routing process and protocol. This came from TAC.
I'll be running some labs on this over the next week or two and will report my findings and configurations once I have a working model.

Here is your older post on the subject.

Multicast-PIM-OSPF

Seems like you can have a fix ported over for this.
