Default VoIP SP NG with Sofaware box

Has anyone deployed VoIP with a centralized SP NG with sofaboxes at the remotes? I notice that CP does not call out RTP specifically as a protocol service and must defined as a custom service UDP service. What methods does CP use to tag QoS on the IP packets (both encrypted and unencrypted)?

Hi,

There is an "live help" icon on the bottom of the main page on www.sofaware.com This live help icon opens a chat window. The fellows on the other end of the chat window imprese me each time. Looks like this link leads directly to the developers lair. Introduce yourself first as an serious person and you will get all the detail on existing products and short term plans.

P.S. Also you can ask on http://sofaware.infopop.cc/groupee forums.

What firmware do you have on the Safe@?

Is it connected to an SMP for management?

As for the live chat, the support dest at Sofaware is located with the developers, so you tend to get good/correct answers.
