How do I know what version my SecurePlatform and Smartcenter are?

I need to know especially what Feature Pack as I need to download the correct patch?

Try the command 'fw ver'. This should give the Check Point version informaition. 'uname -a' should give the Splat information.

This is all I get. Nothing to tell me what feature pack i am using.

NG AI R55 does not have Feature Packs, this applies to an older version of CheckPoint product.

If someone asks you what version you are running, it is NG AI R55 HFA_14 tell them that and they'll know what it means.

HFA 17 is the latestet for R55
