Default cpinfo R65 and infoviewer

Does anyone have any tricks up the ole sleeve for getting a cpinfo for R65-HFA-02 to pull up in the infoviewer? I have tried many combos and get to the point of the gui launch only to see it crash right after it loads all the objects and rules. This has been tried on several different machines. Looking for the windows cpinfo on CP's site is fruitless too, seems they have pulled the cpinfo for NGX. I have spoke with CP TAC and they could not provide any type of fix. I am running the 3.6.0xxxxxxx.75 infoview version. Thanks in advanced,

Hi,

I have the same issue, very annoying.
Cpinfo and infoviewer are great. But I can't open any R65 rulebase :(

Someone a solution?

Thanks

Checkpoints answer for me was to use the R62 gui and it will work... I think they have also released a newer version now which might resolve this.

Loading R65 cpinfos in an R62 dash will work... but will be inaccurate and missing some information (notably the capacity optimisation for the gateways and remote access stuff). Usually if you're using the latest version of cpinfo on your management server it'll work fine (if not - try replacing the asm.c file in the cpinfo with a copy of one from the demo mode).
