Default What is R65.1?

I just noticed that an Advanced Search of SecureKnowledge lists an R65.1. Does anyone know what it is?

Another great example of Check Point versions...someone on the mailing list said that R65.1 is R65 with the IPS-1 binaries, seems they were right:

Check Point Rolls Out IPS-1 R65.1
Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. announced IPS-1 R65.1 - Global Security Mag Online

Quote:
Additional IPS-1 R65.1 features include:

Hybrid Detection Engine™ protects networks and applications from attacks by leveraging multiple detection and analysis techniques
Attack Confidence Indexing™ offers full-prevention deployment through directing and calibrating security enforcement
Integration with SecurePlatform® simplifies installation and administration
This seems like a prime canidate for R65's "management plug-ins" and yet they had to go and muddy the waters with R65.1.

R65.1 is the new build that includes the IPS-1 code. It goes well beyond management plugins.

I also encountered this weird naming convention fixing a bug apparently caused by SmartConsole (R65). Checkpoint provided a new SmartConsole (R65.3). I asked the TAC and apparently this is a fix (.3) for Connectra plugin.
Sounds like Checkpoint is running out of idea with their code versioning. Sorry probably unrelated to this thread.
