Difference between NGX R60 and R60A?

Something called R60A showed up on CP's software download page recently, the release notes document link is a 404. Anyone has any ideas what this is ?

Does this mean that:
(1) R60A replaces R60?
(2) R60A is simply the "newer version" of NGX than R60?
(3) My R60 license will work with R60A?

You can compare R60 and R60A by there realease notes. These docs contain tables with supported platfrom and CP products. In R60A besides Express CI, you can also manage VSX modules. R60A is new managment only.
If you don't have Express CI modules or VSX modules, you would not need to upgrate SmartCenter to R60A.
R60A smth like R55W.
License for R60, R60A and R61 are identical.

1. No it is a special release for support of CI, VSX and InterSpect only
2. No, see 1

Note R61 is now anounced and shipping. That does replace R60 & R60A
