Default Video streaming packets through the firewall

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could please answer my question. I have a dept that needs to watch meetings through a video streaming server. They sit on one side of the firewall and go through ethernet port 6 to get to the video streaming server that sits in our internal network and it goes through ethernet port 1 to respond. The video streaming works perfect in the internal network, but when the dept sitting on E6 accesses the video the picture freezes and audio is garbled or skips. What could possibly cause this?

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
