Default What Do I Put in as Default Gateway for my Interfaces

What Do I Put in as Default Gateway for my Interfaces

This is something unique to Windows NT and 2000 since they allow you to define a default gateway on each interface.

Your card facing the external side of your network should be the only card defined with a default route. It should be defined with the IP address of your "next hop" to the Internet. If you do this on your other NIC cards, NT will be confused when it tries to route and likely send packets to the wrong place, causing connectivity problems.

If you have "other" networks you need to get to from your firewall (e.g. your internal network has several routers on it), you will either need to run some sort of routing protocol like RIP or OSPF or add static routes to your firewall.
