Default VPN-1 /Embedded ROBO Gateway..topology issues with DMZ

Having issues with setting the sub range for an IP40s DMZ. I have IP address set no problem along with Net Mask, Interface Enable is checked off, Hide NAT checked. Enable DHCP Server checked off. When I select From subrange and enter in the range I get an error message "Sub range must be a part of the network behind the interface".

I have 150 other VPNs configured the same way and the are working fine.

The main issue we are having is we can't access out web interface to configure the WAP at one of the store locations. We can only ping the interface on the WAP.

Any help would be appricated...
