Default Network Extender

Hi,

I have installed Connectra and Network Extender. I am able to login to connectra and work on, when I tried install the network extender client in some of the machines it is not getting installed with a error "Taking too long to connect"

In the machines which is getting installed the gateway ip assinged is incorrect it gives the ip as 192.168.1.1 which I dont use this range of ip at all.

Can anyone tell me where to change the gateway ip address?

Version is NGXR62 HFA03

From your post, it appears we may be having the same issue. By chance, have you made any progress since you last post?
