Problem with SSL extender

This is Prbhu. I am working as a system Admin in a software company. We are using SSL extender to connect remote machine.
When I am trying to connect remote machine through vpn , it is asking vpn user name and password. and it is asking windows username and password for proxy settings. After this normally it is getting connected. But now it is again asking proxy setting username and password. The error shown is " unable to connect SSL extender gateway". and "Wrong username and password" . I checked the password and user name , both are correct.

I reset the password and tried ,till I unable to get it.

Can you please tell me the solution.
