Default SSL Network Extender and Integrity on same device

Hi all!

I'm trying to install SSL Network Extender and Integrity server on the same SecurePlatform device (R61), but both services need to use port 443. I found a document on CP SecureKnowledge that stated that it is possible, but not recommended, to change the port number that SSL Network Extender uses, but I could not find any documents that describes how to do this.

Any hints on this would help a lot!

Best regards,
Jan-Ivar

That's an odd recommendation, particularly when SNX on COnnectra is set to run on TCP 444.

I'd like to change it to 443 on a second IP address because it causes problems since it's a non-satandard port for a browser.

Most people just change the SPLAT web UI to something like 8443. The command is web_ui enable 8442.

I already have moved the Web UI to another port, that's no problem. However I already installed SSL Network Extender (SNX) on port 443, and now I'm trying to install the Integrity server on the same box, but the install fails since port 443 is in use by SNX...

SNX will use the port defined in the visitor mode configuration.
