Default SSL Exetender LDAP Config

I need to allow access via SSL Extender to 100+ users to only a single server in DMZ. We are using Novell eDir (LDAP) login successfully for all current users (using SSL ext). I want to create an LDAP group for the single server users above and same group for SSL connectivity. Goal is to only add users to the LDAP group in eDir which will give them the access needed. Any help would be appreciated, please let me know if this is not clear enough.
thanks.
