Default Cannot connect

Hi y'all. Thank you in advance for helping me and I also apologize because I am completely new to this product and really not much of a network person. I need to connect to my client's network and all they provided me was a url. They can't help me because they're even more clueless than I am. When I went to the url, I found out that they are using connectra and network extender to do ssl vpn. The problem is, my company firewall seems to be blocking the connection. I say this because I can connect just fine at home but I get an error in the office. The error I get is "Cannot Establish Connection to SSL Network Extender Gateway. Try to Reconnect. (#32)" What needs to be opened at the firewall for this connection to work? Port(s), TCP, UDP, ICMP? Also, in the office, I can connect using application mode but not network mode. Once again thank you in advance for the help.

SNX just needs 443 (HTTPS) and ActiveX (or in latter version ActiveX or Java). The older versions need local admin rights as well on the workstation it's being installed on.

Default Re: Cannot connect

Hello,

I am new to VPN tech'gy. I have an issue and appreciate any help.

I work from home and Cisco VPN to my company's intranet. I am working on a Tool that has its own VPN SSL checkpoint extender connection. So I VPN twice. For some reason, I cannot access my Tool/Server. What is the issue here, 2 VPNs ?

It worked from my office w/o my office VPN. I tried to change Cisco VPN setup with UPD, TCP etc. but didn't help.

If I do an IPCONFIG, I don't see any Default Gateway for SSL connection but I see for other connections (my home LAN, first VPN). What is the problem and is there any workaround ?

Thanks,
CRAMA
