| Hello, About once a week, I get a report error via email: No data available for [SmartView Reporter] Daily Report I have to open the SmartView Reporter, goto Consolidation tab, remove the current consolidation session that is stopped and create a new session starting from where the consolidation dropped off. My reporter is R56 operating in an R55 environment. Generally, the reporting works fine, just requires a restart sometimes. Anyone know a solution for this? Thanks in advance for your help. __________________ Very respectfully, issdragon0 (CCSA) Vulnerabilities are gateways unto which threats manifest -- Stephen Northcutt |

| Check log files lc_rt.log - log file for Log Consolidator, SVRServer.log - for Reporter server. I get this files from Eventia Reporter, but i think on SmartView Reporter they are same. Full paths for NGX $RTDIR/log_consolidator_engine/log/ip_address/lc_rt.log and $RTDIR/log/SVRServer.log I have some unresolved problems with SmartView Reporter. Try to ask Check Point Support, they'll help you with example commands for debug information. |
